Positive: We loved to stay at Abi´s house. It started with a very good communication. Because our flight got canceled and we arrived a day later, we were still able to keep up with Abi all the time. Then the house itself and the room are very beautiful and comfortable. Her two beagles are adorable. Abi gave us many informations about what to do in Stroud and the Cotswolds, it was very helpful. We were so sad that we could stay with her only for one night. Hopefully we will go there again.

Positive: Very hospitable host, who accommodated my vegan preference very well. Good location on the eastern edge of Stroud. Beautiful house. Very comfortable bedroom and shared areas, and a good breakfast. Good bath and shower. Friendly dogs!

Negative: I'm struggling to find anything to gripe about! Um: one side of the bedroom has a sloping ceiling which makes it hard for taller people to get around the bed to open and close the window. Oh, and a few of the ceiling light fittings were also positioned a little low: the one at the top of the stairs rang like a bell every time I bonked my head into it! :-) But these are quibbles.

Summary: A wonderful week, an excellent host and a lovely house. Will definitely return.

Positive: Abi was an incredible host- going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The decor is quirky, the room comfortable with some lovely extras ( tea, coffee, wine, filtered water). The dogs are super and well behaved.

Negative: The parking for the house is on a very steep hill, so we chose to park on the road which is not far away.

Summary: Just smashing!

Positive: Abi was an absolute delight, she was incredibly helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable, with coffee/tea and filtered water available in the room. Overall possibly the best guest house I have experienced. If we're ever back in the area we'll 100% be checking here first.
